Return Policy

  • Non-Customized Products:
    • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
    • Products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
    • Returns are eligible for a refund or store credit, minus any applicable shipping fees.
    • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs when returning a product to us.
  • Customized Products:
    • Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, customized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error in the order.

Exchange Policy

  • Non-Customized Products:
    • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original condition.
    • You can exchange for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability.
    • Exchange Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs when sending the item back to us.
  • Customized Products:
    • Exchanges are not available for custom-made items.

Steps to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us:
    Email us at returns@legacyofleather.com with your order details and reason for return or exchange.
  2. Approval:
    Once your request is approved, we will provide a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  3. Shipping the Item:
    • Customers must cover the cost of return shipping, except in cases of a manufacturing defect or our error.
    • Use a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the item reaches us safely.
  4. Processing the Return/Exchange:
    • Returns are processed within 7 business days of receiving the item.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
    • Exchanges will be shipped as soon as the returned item is received and inspected.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
  • Worn, altered, or damaged items will not be accepted.
  • Products not meeting these conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item or provide a full refund, including shipping costs.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or bespoke orders (unless defective).
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
